LingoMingo.com ships domestically and internationally. We have warehouses in the USA and China.
For shipments originating from our USA warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days for domestic shipment and 7-21 business days for international shipment.
For shipments originating from our China warehouse, see estimated delivery time below:

For international shipment, we will send package as a gift or commercial sample item (s) with a low declaration value so your package will pass go through customs easily. However, the package recipient will be responsible for any duties imposed by customs. For international shipment, the estimated time arrival can vary greatly from one country to another. Depending on your country customs procedures, please expect a possible delay of 1-2 weeks.
We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges 30 days from the date of purchase. For international shipments, returns/exchanges accepted within 10 days after receipt of delivery.
1. Unopened merchandise: You will receive a full store credit for exchanges. There is a 20% restocking fee for a money back refund. Customer pays for all shipping cost. There is no refund for shipping cost.
2. Wrong items received: Merchandise must be unopened. We will resend the correct items and pay for all shipping cost.
3. Defective or damaged merchandise: We will replace and pay for all shipping cost.
4. Custom products: Items in non-resalable condition or that cannot be resold for other reasons (i.e. custom stickers and products, custom cut vinyls) may not be returned or exchanged unless made in error, defective, or damaged during shipment. We will pay for all shipping cost. Additionally, items purchased at discount pricing or closeout prices may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment.
If an item is opened or used, it is non resaleable and we cannot accept returns/exchanges.
How to Return an Item:
Return request can be done our website. Log in to your account and click on the "Completed Orders" link under "Manage Your Account" area. You can also request a return by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your return request MUST BE APPROVED before returning any merchandise.You will receive an email with instructions. Your RMA # is the same as your order number. You have 15 business days to return the merchandise. For customers outside the USA, the package must be postmarked within 10 days of your return request approval. Clearly mark your RMA number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below.

Returns sent to LingoMingo.com without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the 10 days time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders expense.
